The first time someone got ganked without CONCORD response (or even by CONCORD officers themselves) there would be some seriously ticked off carebears.

Some definite griefing potential there Smile and for that reason it'll probably never happen Sad

But on the flip side it could give those who want to play the good guy a game supported role in PvP. Maybe add some more stringent penalties for acts of piracy for those who sign up? As far as corruption, well, this is eve...
