Stop Ship command broken

Since the Incarna update the "stop Ship" command is partialy broken through clicking the hud, right clicking the ship and using CTRL-Space. It does not level off the ship to a perfectly horizontal position as it did previously. Ships now get stuck in crazy angles See image;.
