API pull issues on CCP's side?

I'm having trouble recently with EVEMon. Yes, i know, this is not the place to complain about it, but I have to check the issue on all sides.
The problem is as follows:
I fire up EVEMon, and after a while my IP gets blocked with the message below:

IPs that continually cause a lot of errors in the API will be permanently banned, please take measures to minimize problematic API calls from your application.

It appears on 3 different internet service providers and 3 different PCs
First time I encountered this error about 3 weeks ago, and it lasted for a week. Now the error appears again.
After the temp block expires, EVEMon is able to pull correctly some of the previously blocked APIs before getting banned again.

The error appears at a random API pull, I've noted down timestamps on the error to see which feature triggers it and disable it, but it doesn't appears to be a specific one. I tried all available versions of EVEMon with clean caches; I replaced all my API keys for EVEMon - same issue.

EVEMon last update came way before this error happened, so if the error is triggered by EVEMon, I should have got it immediately after upgrading, but I just got it recently.
I've asked on battleclinic, but EVEMon is maintained by only 1 guy, and his opinion is that I should call my ISP, even though I told him that I used 3 ISPs on 3 PCs - impossible for all 3 to mangle the traffic at once...

So, is anyone else having this issue? Any workaround?

Same issue here, super annoying. Not sure whats going on but something is up with the API service.

Hearing the same thing from other corp members as well

IMHO, CCP should assign a team to fix their various API calls issues. But with CREST around the corner I don't see this happening. May I remind you that we (3rd party devs) had to wait 15 days, after the patch was released, to get a decent SDE for Retribution.

Thank you all for the help; it looks like it's fixed now. I've made evemon show only my skill queue and evemails, and refresh every hour.

For anyone else getting 904s from EveMon: make sure EveMon isn't set to pull your KillLog. If it is, this will cause any other killboards you have API keys with to 'fight' with EveMon's API pulling of killmails, leading to repeated error 119s scattered among the keys, and eventually a 904 after a while since you didn't fix your errors.
