If it were real, let be honest HBC and their sea of blues would have blitzed deep into goon space, taking sov/moons left and right

npc forum alts are usually right on the mark when they assess the capabilities of different coalitions

What we are witnessing in null is the "beginning of the end", where eventually TQ null will look like Serenity null.

We saw the beginning last week , where the 2 biggest powers refused to get into a sov war because "the sov war mechanics suck".

I find it interesting that the very same mechanics were quite eagerly used by the very same powers for over 2 years, in order to consolidate their null sec holdings.

But now, we are to believe the reason thermepark rules were established, like you would find in a paintball arena, was because of sov mechanics.

The facts that these 2 coalitions were blue to one another a few days before, or that the tecjh production flow would be threatened by any sov fights, we are to believe that had no bearing on the decision for both sides to back down after the low sec cap fight...yeah, sure.

Yeah, because people don't get tired of the same sov grind after doing it 20 times.

I haven't even been doing it for a year and I already hate it. I don't know how people have managed to deal with it as long as they have.

Confirming theMittani is going to sell for more than google, if he never got fired from his paralegal job he would have gotten promoted to first assistant at a local law firm and maybe be able to get a third hand boat already. RMT only provides income for those who cant make (decent) money in RL, in this case the people who rage quit their job over something ******** and now have a record of being mentally unstable in RL.

I dont think people are aware that EVE isnt going to last forever, I see WoD being a top focus in a few years, it will likely attract more people than "warp, lock, F1"

Here's the full reason: Sov Sucks AND there's no worthwhile reason for them to fight each other.

Repeating what is fast becoming my catchphrase, these people are not Irrationally Vindictive. They are not going to randomly beat the crap out of each other for literally months (even if one folds immediately, the winner faces months of fleets grinding through the 200b HP [nb, not EHP, this is before resists] worth of Sov Structures they "won") and then get wiped out by opportunistic enemies while weakened and demoralized (you know, from fighting their friends for months).

Seriously, name an upside for a serious CFC vs HBC war besides: "It would amuse the HS noobcorp forumwarriors."

Which is why they need to NAP rest of the world and make it obvious to CCP that their 'PvP' game is more enjoyable when not PvPing.

I think the biggest problem in this whole debate about blue donuts is that the spectators have too short an attention span.

We always complain about the structure shooting end of it, but there is a huge amount of waiting and moving stuff around in the background.

Convoy fleets, dropping our own structures, the built in waiting of timers to take a system, and then the waiting on the strategic index to tick up to upgrade it.



Just so I can see this from the people who think their is tool little sov waring, some one answer;

How often should a region change hands in an ideal Eve nullsec?
