Near perfect Tengu, whether you want heavy missiles or HAMs. All subsystems 5. (nearly 10 mil in missiles)
Amazing navigation skills, you're Tengu will be moving at 700m/s with a good AB.

Great PVP/ECM/Scanning skills

Command ships
Marauders

1 rank of long range targeting away from logistics.

Very close to flying every subcap Caldari ship there is.

Also is cross-trained enough to jump into other races relatively quickly.
