I am interested in buying a character with +5 standing mainly to amarr faction. Most welcome would be a character with +5 towards other factions as well. The purpose of this character would be to anchor poses in high sec and to do some industry. Therefore I will not be interested in to expensive characters since it would be a waste of skill points and isk.

So a character with good standings towards factions and industrial and hauling skills will be what I am looking for.
