Tell me what you think of the fit though I have personaly flown this for pvp and piracy and only lost it 3 times with 31 kills solo. This isnt the best ratio out there but pretty good.

Seems good to me. I prefer the wolf to be ft with artillery and kite, but your fit seems to work well for you. 31 for 3 is a very good ratio with a frigate. I like it.

Edit: just saw the tech 1 guns. Get T2 immediately

Why T2 plate? Just use a bigger T1 plate.

Theres a bit of a gap in fittings between 200mm and 400mm, and T2 plates are actually worth it now.

If you cannot T2, meta four.

Meta 4 the scram, same stats, but overheats longer.

If you want to brawl, get a jaguar. Wolfs are for kiting.
