Repackaging Sips at a POS

Hi there!

Been meaning to post this for a while now but would it be possible to gain the ability to repackage ships at a POS via a Ship Maintenance Array or Manufacturing Array?

It's ok being able to assemble ships at the POS but being able to repackage them would be a real help too.
