Fix Idea to Player Corps

You can no longer War Dec another Player corp, UNLESS they have up a POS or Customs Office. This will aid new / weak / fledgling / small player corps. They are safe just like the average or NPC corp player, unless they decide to get super competitive and put up a POS or Customs office.

OR remove concord and wars, make everything attackable and allow ALL ships to have better defences.

Allow freighters to stealth for example

Not sure why GD has become the home for horrible ideas lately instead of them being safely ignored in Features and Ideas like they're supposed to be.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Lets just let everyone shoot everyone all the time. Remove concord, remove consequences, remove shields and armor, remove stations, insurance, clones, modules, mining, industry, invention,scanning, jumpgates, capitals, t3, t2, t1, clouds, implants, skillpoints, rats, asteroids, planets, sec status, factions, patches, expansions, tidi, timers, afk anything, agression, local chat, corp chat, alliance chat, d-scan, wormholes, pocos, POSs, and other players. I think that pretty much takes care of everyones gripes from this week alone.

What are we left with? Apparently pure happiness.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

What is the problem with new/small player corps getting war decced?

I've been a complete assclown on these forums for 3 months, and no one has war decc'd me yet. What are these new / small / weak / young corps doing to get into trouble all the time?

People use terms like "New players" and "small industrial corps" when what they are actually referring to is their 4 month old alt in a deadspace fit faction battleship they bought with plex or a 400 man alliance with half a dozen POS towers.

Also who cares if small corps get wardecced? My corp is small and always has been, we used to get wardecced a bunch and we manned up and beat the crap out of the people who declared war on us every time it happened, now it doesn't happen anymore.

There is no problem, people just need to man the hell up and blow up some spaceships in this game about blowing up spaceships.
