Because you are probably not the only one that forgets his drones (or dies in flames) once in a while, you can find many free drones in lowsec. Especially in places that see combat, such as gates. Just scoop them up! Even if you can't use them you can sell them and buy the proper drone type with the ISK.

Invest more concentration into what you do.
That will reward you with more concentration in general.
On the same page, having things that remove a need for concentration
WILL unavoidably reduce your ability to concentrate,
because you stop needing it.

Dont be like the stupid...

Hey OP (original poster),

I see you refer to yourself as a noob, but you use T2 drones!

First off, you're not a noob.

Secondly, if no one ever lost their drones, what's the ISK sink for drone users?

The reward to all those that are vigilant inn their management of drones is a lowered ISK sink life style.

Why would you want to be vigilant if you had someone else doing that for you?

I'm saying this verbosely so you appreciate all of the aspects in play with why your idea is poor. You need more information to know better. Sorry of some people come across terse to you, but it's been suggested many times before.

Don't stop having ideas though! EVE needs new blood and ideas.

Now use T1 drones if you're forgetful.

Final note : When you move on to pvp understand that some ships will pop your drones long before they turn they guns on you. Don't rely on them. They are designed to go "pop" intentionally

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships

So i haven't been playing very long but one thing has hurt my wallet more times than I'd like to recount.

Is it possible that the dev team could implement an options that is on by default for new players and available for older players that upon warping out of an area, if your drones are still up, a warning box pops up saying "Are you sure you want to warp out, your drones are still in the environment." Something along those lines would be super helpful for a forgetful person like myself.

As a new player, losing a few T2 drones really hurts my wallet when im trying to make a profit doing missions.

Maybe if the option isn't possible, at least just a warning if you enable the precaution that at least lets you know, "Hey! You're forgetting your drones!" Like that you can cancel the warp and recall them before leaving.

Thanks!

Kindly,

Alicexo

as i am getting older i would like a popup IRL that reminds me to wear clean underwear. do you think you can help?

The near mandatory loss of Large Drones in Level IV Missions due to NPC-AI changes is now MUCH more The Issue anyway.

Good idea, I like it.

Would you leave the pub and forget your kids?

If you answered yes, congratulations you're the priminister of england or in need of social services support, or both.

If the answer is No, then you'll probably remember to pick up your drones. Don't think of them as weapons, think of them as beloved minions, they can help you, but you must help them.

Maybe your question should be addressed to the UK Prime Minister, one David Cameron.

Anyway, the correct answer is, in situations where you actually want to leave your drones behind, you aren't going to have time to bother with prompts, so it's a bad idea.

In those cases you're most likely to be upset if a stupid prompt comes up
