So this came up in the "Ships" channel today and i thought I would do my due diligence and post some smack about it here because... why not? What if someone actually looks at this or searches for it in the forums?

It's obscure as hell but:

I would link it but every time I try the forum takes a big crap on my head.

...so given that the Jove aren't that awesome in relative terms... isn't it about time we got some Jove spaceships in this game? Cummon'... it's been like 8 years CCP...

wouldn't that make them the 6th race? With the Terran Race being the 7th race also lost now the Eve Gate is closed..

what makes them a race?

I see them as a sort of "illuminati" order not a specific subset of the human species.

why only one extra race? they should add at least two.
Which means two more types of guns and ammo and also two new types of ewar.

If you really want to ask for something like this it's best to go all the way. I think maybe another four races would be best.

I love the idea of back story, but let me rain on your parade anyways,

White Wolf for years had a "back story" in their material, they hinted and teased and squirmed and when it came time to print the FINAL book ... they said, yeah we didn't have anything sorry.

So enjoy the story, but I doubt CCP has any real plan here.

The Enheduanni are a product of Tony Gonzales' inability to write compelling stories using only the established races as protagonists. He had to invent them to be used as plot device in every situation where something extraordinary and otherwise inexplicable/illogical happens. It's the AoE doomsday of story telling. The story is going nowhere? Let something explode and blame it on the Enheduanni...
