I lost an Onyx to this bug yesterday but have encountered the bug at least five times since I started keeping track several days ago. Please keep in mind I have years of wormhole experience so I know about wormhole timers, entry distance, etc. Also in my experience the 5000m entry distance has always been very reliable and predictable. The only time I've seen wormholes "move" is between downtime resets.

1. When anchoring a mobile bubble, I have had to travel over 10K from the wormhole in order to avoid the "closer than 5000m" warning. This has happened at least 3 times.

2. Worse still, I have encountered a situation twice where after spending 10-15 minutes near a wormhole, I have been completely unable to jump back through the wormhole, instead getting a warning that I have to be within 5000m of the wormhole...which I am. Approaching directly or orbiting at 500/1000/2500m does not resolve the situation. With a T3 ship I warped off and returned and then I could go out the wormhole. Yesterday I didn't have the opportunity to warp away and return, as I encountered the bug on a highsec wormhole as I was being attacked. So now I have lost a ship to this bug. I asked the guys who attacked me if I appeared to be on the wormhole and they said that I appeared, from their viewpoint, to be right on the wormhole.

Anyway I was wondering if any others out there have encountered this nasty bug.

If CCP does any actual regression testing, perhaps they could write a test for proper wormhole position over time or something like that, and test to that any time they alter code for wormholes.

As to point 1: is it 5km from 0 on the hole itself or 5km from the cosmic signature? (the sig can wobble up to 4-5km off the WH if the hole's up during downtime, blame the sig-respawner-widget :P)
