doesn't need massive sp cool name or kb stats lol don't understand why people think stats are a selling point but yeah

vital points are
can fly a carrier can use fighters heavy medium light sentry t2 drones has good drone skills
has decent tanking skills and capital nav skills JDC at least 4
adequate fitting skills
no other skills are necessary

pretty much it

bonuses good gallente faction standings

link skill sheet plus what you want for char
