BPCs can't be bugged, unless they all are. They're /all/ the same. They don't have the figures stored on them, just a reference to the same central source.

What's the ME on that blueprint, and what's your Production Efficiency?

As stated previously, Production Efficiency is 0. Not sure about the ME of the BPC, it is the BPC issued at the end of the Industrial Career Agent.

So let me make sure I understand you. You're saying that if I look at the Bill of Materials for a BPC, put together the materials the BPC says is required (based on the "You" numbers), and use a standard 1.0 multiplier assembly installation, I shouldn't be surprised when the quote indicates I need more materials than what the BPC says are required? Because that is what is happening.

Hello! The ME of your Bantam is 5! You use it with Prod. Eff. Level 0, that means that ANY extra material, which is also in the raw section (like Isogen, Mexallon, Pyerite and Tritanium) is also affected by skill waste!

I'll take Tritanium as example: the perfect - as in means the combination of perfect ME + Prod.Eff 5 - reachable value is 2706.
The material waste of your blueprint = Base Wastage Factor/(1+ME). Base Wastage Factor is mostly 10%, so 0.1 / (1 + 5) = 0.016666 and so on

Your skill waste is 25% (it is not reduced by 5% for each level of Prod.Eff).
There is no production waste (like in rapid assembly lines).

You receive a total wastage of 0.01666 + 1.25 = 1.26666666 and so on
In the end, you have to use 2706 * 1.91666 = 3427.6 for the raw Tritanium

Now for the extra: Extra materials are only affected by skill and production waste - and I repeat: if, and only if they are also in the raw materials section!!!

Extra Tritanium quantity from your blueprint: 17294.
You have a waste of plus 25%, so 17294 * 0.25 = 4323.5

The fun thing ... and this also answers one of the other posters question ... that the quote window DOES NOT SHOW the waste applied to the extra materials, but applied to the RAW materials!

Tritanium: 3427.6 + 4323.5 = 7751.1, EVE also rounds in the end, so it's actually 7751 ...

edit: This was always the case (at least since apocrypha) and nothiing has changed!

@Tau: could you please check your Moa attributes once again. I'm coming not even close to the figures you mentioned!

After I submitted it a second time, they said that it was indeed a bug. Dunno.
