you created this toon 26 mins ago and you got a Nyx to sell. LOL like that is not a scam waiting for vic's. Post with you main and if your CEO has to be online that will never happen as your not in a player corp and NPC corp (State War Academy, Caldari State) CEOs are not real last time I check.
