Tidi - show when my mods are trying to activate

It's hard fighting at 10% tidi... when you can't tell when/if your mods are attempting to be activated, so you keep clicking them, and probably click them off..

It would be good to have the activation shadow on on the icon (when you click on the icon & get a mousedown) remain until the mod starts cycling.

Seconded, I have a feeling this is being worked on alongside the (re)activation timer (independent of cycle timer - modules like cloaks and micro jump drives, etc )
