I `d a trader char in JITA without standing
I wonder that how much that pay for PPL whom help me up my Caldari Navy and Caldari State standing and how long time finish it

1. U can get shots for that...u name I mean

2. U pay me 6 plex up front and I give you beaucoup Caldari Navy standings.

As for those standings... this is not exactly the subforum for that, better try missions or even trades. Heck, possibly even the local ingame channel.
It also depends a lot on just how high and how fast you want those standings, and on whether you're willing to do anything yourself or not.
