I am looking to buy a carrier pilot the pilot must have

Arrow Carrier lvl 5
Arrow Capital skills lvl 4 or 5
Arrow Able to use T2 Drone links

Attention Jump skills are a bonus
Attention Amarr Carrier toon is also a bonus.

Please post your eve board below, I will keep looking no latter than 31 Jan. My budget is 15 Bil willing to go a little higher if the toon is worth it.

total training time for all would be 20 days

great carrier pilot tho. have not seen anytoon yet (i am sure i will) beat my drone skills. if you want to go ratting with this toon it will pull you 40 mil per tick that 120 mill an hour ratting... so if you want to do it mail Apollo428 and ill drop roles and move him back to high sec...
