I'd like to acquire access to a Wormhole system with a planet collection that will produce one of every type of PI materials.

When I say access, I'm not looking for just unoccupied WHs. If you own a WH, and are interested in allowing me to work the planets for PI materials, I'd pay for that access either through a reasonable tax via customs office, or some other payment system we could work out.

I require at least 1 Lava, 1 Barren, 1 Gas, 1 Temperate, and (1 Ice or 1 Ocean Planet)

I'm willing to Pay for Customs Office Gantries, offer at cost rates for Starbase structures, at cost rates for other industry elements I'm involved in.
