Your asking far too much for this character,it has potential,but still alot of focusing to do.
Max 25bill and thats if some one is crazy.

Offer 20bill to start you off,can negotiate,but im no sucka fyi lol

In the game over the last month I earned 30 bill isk in one pilot on a super carier, but the pilot was trained as much as 5 years old, I think this is a great price.

Aye there are some retards that will purchase when massively overpriced. Doesn't mean the character is worth that much though.
