For CCP Fozzie/ other Devs - The Rep Cycle Unbalance between Armor and Shield

This is something I wrote in the armor tanking 2.0 thread, it is something that isn't discussed very often because TiDi fights haven't been occuring very often in the past 2 months, and even longer if you are looking for an actual brawl where the outcome wasn't already decided, but going foward, as the major coalitions of this game look to fighting each other, this is going to be the major issue that will determine how Coalition warfare is fought in heavy TiDi battles:

With TiDi being the way it is, I think it makes fighting with anything other than alpha fleet almost non-sensical if you are going up against another shield fleet. TiDi isn't going to change, as it is a good feature, but being that it takes all of the human reaction time out of the equation (what once was 4 seconds of hesitation in game time becomes 0.4 seconds of hesitation in 10% tidi), I think the only solution is to match shield tanking with armor tanking, and move it to the end of the cycle. This will help nerf logi a little bit too, which are honestly in need of a good nerfing.

Anyway, hope this gets some more attention going forward before any real major wars break out.

These points are all excellent. Its something that has actually become an issue, and makes TiDi something that is/can be taken advantage of as a tactical decision, similar to crashing nodes of old.

However, these points are all moot, as this "pro" "god" "leg" "end" never logs in anyways.
