****ing salvage drones... please fix them CCP

Sooo... Salvage drones won't auto repeat on wrecks from the fleet you're in. And there isn't even a hotkey for salvage drones. Am I really supposed to right click -> salvage 50 wrecks? Or is this just a bug?

I was really hoping I could use them on my noctis to salvage wrecks without having to hit 8 hotkeys every few seconds... oh well.

Click on Drones in Local Space and then Salvage and they auto-salvage.

before you lock up any wrecks, launch your drones and right click command 'salvage' they willl automaticlly head to the nearest wreck and salvage it, by the time they finish you should have locked up and tractored in a few wrecks, they will then start salvaging the wrecks you drug in (they are now the closest) keep tractoring and think of them more as an extra salvager or 3 depending on how far you trained them.

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

"No suitable wrecks found to salvage." And I'm surrounded by 30 white wrecks.

edit : are you guys using these things with wrecks someone else in your fleet killed? That's what I'm doing

Is it your mission? They will not commit a crime without a direct command so if the wreck belong to someone else they wont auto salvage.

I should add to that. I use a shared noctis between two accounts and I always pilot the noctis with the mission owner flying the noctis. if i try to do it with the alt (Not the mission owner) I get that same message.

For now auto-salvage only works on wrecks you yourself killed. In any other situation you will have to use the drones manually. I think I read somewhere they are working on making auto-salvage work for wrecks killed by fleet/ corporation.

Yeah known bug, only works for the owner of the mission and/or killer of the wreck.

Hope to have it fixed soon indeed.
