(Darscreen Aeronautics) Looking for a suitable Alliance

We have started getting the grip into skill training and points. We are a corporation who are slowly growing to gain better qualities in mining and PVE. All of our members fly Mining Barges and do have frigates and cruisers.

What we are looking for is an Alliance with at least 75 members to give us a starting edge. The main sets we are looking for is to join a Mining/PVE Alliance that is active, mature and new-player friendly. I was going to form an Alliance with some other corporations, but none had the skills to even create an Alliance, that is why we are in search. For better game play and some quality mining.

Furthermore, I was looking at Phenom Alliance, but am not sure to what they do and where they work
