Black Ops Buff Status?

So I was reading through the CSM minutes and read that they intend to increase Black Ops bridge range to Titan levels as well as decreasing fuel consumption by 25% and increasing fuel capacity by 25%. Since this meeting happened nearly a month and they said they would roll these changes out soon I'm wondering if there is any update on the progress of this. What do you guys think of the changes and what else could they do to balance Blops?

Ive looked into my crystal ball. It appears that there will be 'Nerf BLOPS' threads in our futures, lots of them, almost as many as there are 'nerf titan' threads.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Knowing CCP and where they have been heading lately, black OPs re-balancing will probably happen sometime after WIS is released.

Don't feel like re-reading the minutes, but didn't they say it would be with the Feb 12 update?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
