What I am looking for:
Targets, maybe FW.
A corp/alliance that is active and has clear set goals and focus.
Leadership that is down to earth and realistic. If you pitch starts with something along the lines of "We're gonna be the next big thing" I am not interested.
A relaxed environment that is in the business of "******* **** up" for non-blues.
Schedules roams and tear harvesting activities.
Ship-replacement programs. This is mostly a preference, I can pay for my own ships, but I rather save the ISK so I can lose more Proteuses.
