Yes i did.

When i returned to EvE i deleted my high skill point charater and started from zero.

Deleted few alts. Terrifying. Felt guilty for killing pixels. Well done, CCP!

I also deleted characters.
The first character i deleted was my first "alternative character", because i was not satisfied with the look i gave him.
The sound played after deleting the character unsettled me a little bit :)

Only once - when I first started.

I began the tutorials, went "oh ****! I need to be up in 5 hours..." and logged off at the first tutorial.

I then logged on the next day and couldn't figure out how to restart the tutorial again so I deleted the guy and started over but it was like 3 days until I realized he wasn't fully deleted - something about having to finalize it so I did at that time.
