I would recommend removing the buyout. I would highly consider buying it right now if I had that much capital on hand, and I would then resell it.

Apologies , @ Rutger Janssen, I've been at work all night, unable to check messages.

In game mail offer of 105 Bill has forced me to remover the buyout, I should of taken Aliventi and Zoltan's advice.

Rutger may retract his offer, if he wishes to not bid higher.

If the 105B bid is not offerred here instead of email, in the next few hours, it will be ignored.

If I'm an alt, I've sure put a lot of work into it.

Not to say that my earlier statement was not price manipulation, it entirely was, but not with the intent to benefit the OP. It is a simple fact that this BPO can and will sell for more than 100b, and I personally benefit from seeing it sell for more than less.
