ONLY webs and neuts? Only a handful of different sites, all with well documented triggers, dps and damage types? No infinite range, non-stacking-penalized ewar? Sign me up!

Lots of wh corps recruiting.. could have saved time and just posted there for a corp to recruit you.. but yea its great.. no local so you don't have to listen"read" all that scamming, easy hop skip and jump to sell your loot and of course no bounty on the rats to clutter up you wallet... and off course once you get your ihub up.. sites just keep re spawning.. perfectly safe easy way to make billions... Roll

That aside, yeah, good point, any "difficulty" in wh comes from the odd Russian once in a while, as opposed to the easy rats that don't use infinite range nonstacking-penalized ewar, unlike rats out in the real Eve. Since you two agree so much, give OP a +1.Big smile

What complexes contain rats with infinite-range (aside from odd 249 km neut tower) non-stacking penalized EWAR (again, aside from neuts that aren't subject to stacking penalties)? Also would like to see numbers that support "non-stacking-penalized" part.
No, just curious.

On topic, no, Sleepers aren't easiest, mission rats are way easier.

you actually want people to invest time in somethig different than that they do (w-space)

Anyway wh space is not the most easy place to be by far . At the momment they are just balanced . Also mechanics exists like colapsing wh and not reopening new , using probes for new signatures cause dscan is 2 short range , so not that risky not having local . Also traffic comparing many systems can show really low low volumes on many w-space systems.
