I am UK TZ have a real life and work shifts, so my time in eve is sporadic.

I also would like to be space rich to buy myself the ships i am able to fly

I've lived in null before, so know i can look after myself and find activities to do if on my own. WH's have no local to watch or intel channels, plus most Isk making is done in groups. So i think null would be my best place to go.
