A quick question just to be in the clear.

I would like to make another account, so 2 of my characters can train at the same time, If I'm correct this isn't posible within one account so I have to create another one, is this against the EVE rules. Or am I allowed to just make another account, get it a 21 day trial and buy game time for it?

You can have as many accounts as you want, I believe.

Thanks for the reply, you believe meaning your not 100% certain? or is it like with drugs in my country, you can have it, you can smoke it, but you cant have it in your pockets when the police searches you.

They have promotions every once in a while specially made for multiple accounts (*points at The power of Two*) - so it's safe to say you're allowed to have multiple accounts ;)

CCP explicitly encourages multiple account usage. They have patched bugs caused by multiple clients running on the same computer. They offer promotions (Power of Two) which is specifically aimed at new alt accounts. There is a restriction on having multiple clients open when one is logged in on a trial (to prevent trial account abuse)...if CCP wanted to stop alt account usage they could extend this restriction to any set of multiple accounts and they have not. The satisfaction surveys they send out after each major expansion ask you how many accounts you have.

Multiple accounts is good for CCPs bottom line, they actively encourage it.

As the owner of 10 accounts I can confirm that having multiple accounts is allowed and sometime even encouraged.

There is no limit on the number of accounts there are however a limit on the number of trial account you can have running at a time on a single computer.

You can even use a buddy invite with additional accounts.

I currently have 7 accounts.

The way I see it is if your paying them they don't mind I use multiple accounts along with almost everyone I know ive spoken to a gm saying about it and he was perfectly fine. Incase i have just babbled and not answered your question, yes, you can have more than one account Big smile

As a side note if you get tired of paying for 2 subs and cant plex one out you can always sell the character you trained to your main account granted you havent filled all your character slots. I am actually considering this for my minmatard toon.
