If i transfer a char and forget to move the isk from the sale to anougher account. And buyer will not give me the isk back can i get the isk back?. Does he have to return it or can he keep it?.

Mind you, it's only about the isk he paid for the char and you forgot to remove, any other stuff or other isk is his to keep.

rule number 18

Whenever a character is transferred before the seller has moved the ISK received from the sale to another one of their characters, the Customer Support team will return that ISK to the rightful owner. The buyer cannot expect to receive both the character and the ISK that they paid to purchase it.

he payed isk to me first then i brought 2 plexes to transfer the char to him and the remaning isk from the sale i left in the wallet
