WTB Industrial pilot, 11b Budget

I am looking to buy an amarr indy pilot with a max budget of 11 bil


Here are the skills I need
1. Near max refining of (anomoly loot)
2. Amarr building skills
3. Cloaky transport ship skills



What I would like but if you dont have it, I will still look at your character.
1. high ore industrial skill (noctis skills)
2. tech 2 salvager skills



Dont be afaid to post characters with skills that are close but not exactly what I am looking for, thanks for reading my post

To be honest I like the character, but I want more of an industry devoted character


To the other poster, low salvaging skills, moderate refining skills. Great character though, I just want to be a bit further along, thanks for posting though
