I offered this character in a convo, and proceeded to negotiate. Although I asked for an offer first, he proceeded to ask me about the amount that was needed with the explanation that he created a WTB thread without knowing the current rates for characters.

Either this person is completely new to EVE, or the person is looking to troll you to death.

In the end, Arlize stated that he was not interested due to it being a recent purchase and that Arlize will REPORT ME TO CCP.
Azlize will not state the exact cause of the report, and tell me that I have nothing to worry about if I did nothing wrong and that I am "suspicious."

What a joke. I have a petition out on me for a reason that I do not know.

Save yourself a headache and sell to someone else.

I do get mad when some noob petitions me for no apparent reason and without the courtesy of letting me know what it is about.
