I believe you should get between 5 and 5.5 B for Cobba
For blamo Skywalker I'd say 3.5 to 4 B.

Thanks for the response. Coba also has 2.5 unspent skill points. I could stack those anywhere or leave for buyer

I would agree with Mia that the base value of blamo Skywalker would be 3.57. If you are putting the character on the market, might be splitting hairs but I would say go for 4.3-4.6. Considering how you plan on transferring the toon (cash option or PLEX) you may be running it tight to make a profit and keeping the toon marketable.

For Cobba, I would appraise his base value being at 4.81 bil. That would be considering time in training, skillbook value, implants and a couple other things. The fact that you have 2.5 mil sp unallocated will inflate the price easy. Beyond that, some other selling points would be the cap nav skills and jf 5. All things considered if I were selling the toon I would keep my reserve somewhere in the 6.6 range to keep him marketable and turn a bit of profit.
