Hey I only have 20mil sp....in gunnery

seriously OP if you're flying a hulk, doing mining/production/etc as part of your 20mil you've got maybe 10mil in space violence skills which whether pve or pvp is not quite terrible but no where near the end of any sort of "line," not even for a single ship class of a single race.

I got BS at IV, Large Hybrid Spec at III and Fitting Skills at 5.
Could train BS V, but my plan was a T3, so I did not see the purpose of it atm.
Anyhow, I decided to go Minmatar for now since I moved to Space that is infested with Angels and for pvp I can still fly Gallente, maybe even a T3 in the future.
