yes, the c3 next to it has a for sale container for 3.5b, must have a carrier in it or something^^

thats a high sec static c3, but i didnt bother scanning the entrance as there was about 10 russians talking in local and didnt want to lose my scanning alt. russians werent from w space and were at war with each other.. rather odd i know
