Logistics on killmails

I know this has been beaten to death. But I would like to inquire what the programming problems / hurdles are for logistics pilot not showing up on kill mails. I mean I currently get paid if a pirate has a bounty and dies. But so far I am invisible on actually performing an excellent logi pilot job.

It would also make sense that with the chaining aggression Logi gets from repping someone who agressed the dead ship that it would be possible follow the aggression and just add them to the KM with 0 damage.

But again. idk how CCP implemented this so idk how easy it is to find that information.
