I'm actually looking to buy a physical game card I'm not a fan of credit cards so I'm actually looking to spend cash.
Is there a list of vendors that actually sell them.

This is the list of official Game Time Code resellers. They accept pay-pal or other localized payment methods.

If you mean literally go to a store like Gamespot and pay actual cash to get a plastic card with a code on it, I don't know if that exists.

You might ask your local game store to order one for you.

An alternative would be to use cash to buy one of those Visa or Mastercard gift cards that you can pick up at grocery stores, etc. for about $25, and then use the gift card to make an online purchase.

You could also ask your bank about visa debit cards. I use one of these , it pretends to be a credit card for the purpose of payments, but declines the transaction of your account doesn't have money in it. it lets you buy stuff using visa online without actually letting you borrow money, best of both worlds.

Doesn't help you build up the credit score though Sad

call me a foolish idealist, i dont want to be scored on my ability to frivelously borrow money. ideally, ill never borrow a dollar from a bank in my entire life. if I do borrow money, ill be doing it on a demonstrated ability to save and spend in a mature and planned manner.

if thats not the kind of reference wanted by whoever im dealing with, i dont want to deal with them.

Sadly in the real world you need to borrow money in order to up your credit score so you can borrow money. No wonder the banks went pear shaped.Sad
