Mining barge is almost at level 4, sheet is slightly outdated as I was unable to update since I purchased this char but have no time to play it. He actually has over 33m sp.

Your character is unfocused , a mix of indi and pvp and youre asking a high isk per sp! xD Best of luck :D

33 m is not a small amount of SP. Usually the rate is 1m sp = .4-.5b. The character is geared toward indy, but he's got good missile skills, all Tengu subsystems maxed, freighter, and capital building , all of which he does very well. That being said, I'll lower reserve
