Hard to say, mine price range depends alot of what ships can it fly.. and in your situation, you cannot fly many :/ But regarding to SP i would say, some1 with Power of 2 offer, would say price is about 4 maybe 5b.

But it really depends on buyer, because we all have our own interests ^^

If I turn to inventor,does it will plunges or increase in price？

Due to only being able to really fly destroyers and frigates, it hurts your price significantly. However you can fly minmatar frigates very well. You have great gunnery skills for what you can fly and you haven't attempted to try and just go for the popular "bigger guns are better" rule. So I would give you a quote of about 3-4B.

However that price is depending on someone looking on the forum for a started toon that still needs a fair bit of work done to it.

I personally wouldn't sell the toon. Dedicate a few more months of training and he could be a well trained minmatar pilot which people wouldnt't mind paying a bit for.

Well if you are goinf for inventor, it might rise the price, but i doubt it. because like i said we all have our own interests, but more sp = more B/o price.

But ofc. if you have too many skills leveled, one regarding missions, one regarding indy, and invention, it usually mirrors it in negative light, since, ppl are looking pilot's TO pilot some ships OR invent and indy overall. so better not to mix em up.

Well i would say, like Crazyguy Junior tells you. Give it a month or 2 more time, and lets see what you can make from it.
Due that way you might get alot more ISK from it.
