As for big guns the neatest thing I have ever looted was a Raysere's Modified Mega Beam Laser.

Funny thing is although I can use tech 2 lasers I have never used one.

Big Guns on a Frigate No more possible, few years ago people got ability to fit large guns on frigates in offline mode.
Amarr frigate with large lazors Fake or somting wired that i dont understand, because even people got ability to fit ofline large modules this example is wired, totaly modified ship.

I think some people should spend a little less time on eve, and a little more time learning how to communicate. If you're stuck in the future, try to find a 6 year old to help you with your spelling.
