So been running lvl 3's all day trying to get my standings up with a level 4 agent to unlock it,
I have the agent unlocked but he wont give me any level 4's he says i dont have the required standings, but, he is under available to you in agents, :S

my standing to internal security is 5.78 (excellent) but cant get the missions from this level 4 agent,

am i missing something or what, cause the agents info says your effective personal standings must be 5 or higher which when i look at effective standing its 5.8 :S

anyone know why the lvl 4 agent wont give me missions ?

You must be in high sec, try using a lvl 4 agent in low sec, should work.

Having just got the standings, It sometimes can take some time to update and realise.
