Dear CCP,

Please adjust the tower mail mechanics so it's possible to anchor and hide foreign towers in sovereign systems.

The current tower mail mechanics are such that every time a foreign tower is anchored in a player owned system a mail is generated to the owner of that system.

This is a hold over from the days where POSes were part of the sovereignty mechanics. Alliances had to know about foreign towers so they could defend against sovereignty attacks. Since Dominion this is no longer the case.

I should be able to anchor a tower in any system that I want and live out of it. I should be able to do anything with my tower that doesn't currently require me to be a sov holder.

If an alliance wants to come and blow up my ****, then they should have to scan my tower down. It shouldn't be so automatic.
