to make it short. i might need a chimera for around 1000 million in 100-150 days (im making it this early so you have time to create it. because i dont know a thing about how long it takes to make one)
i will provide with nothing but expect 1 thing when i get it.
it has to be in the lowsec area around Jita

if you have one ready at the required price. i might find some PLEX to buy it now. but it have to be in a station since i cant fly one currently

FYI don't expect too much: the materials alone cost about 1200m at current prices.
