Yes I did some more research on the issue and you cannot open Containers in Corp Hangar Arrays.
So Station Containers are not a viable option.

Freight containers only. But the biggest freight container is now 250,000m3 but only 2,500m3 packaged. They work well in POS CHA's. But can also be dropped inside the bubble or at a safe spot.

They can be launched from a packaged state as well. Do not need a freighter to launch a 250,000m3 freight can, only a ship with 2,500m3 cargo. They also do not seem to despawn. I have had one at a safe spot for weeks, and although not anchored is still there. Could make great temp storage in W-space. You need a freighter to scoop them once deployed but any ship can put stuff in or take it out.

They also do not show on scans, so unless you are scanned down while decloaked on grid with it, nobody will ever find it.

This was cut from the expansion as everyone realized that there would be an unbelievable amount of exploiting this system. You have a container with derptarded Hp that can hold 1m m3. Just about every corp would have one of these in a safe spot to hold everything they don't want to store at the moment.

IF I am not mistaken either, these were unscannable as well. Just imagine what someone could do with that.

It seems I did not make myself clear.

You can not use station containers in a POS corp hanger array. You can move them to a POS with a frieghter now that they can be packaged. But you can not assemble them in the corp hanger.

You can however use freight containers. Freight containers can not only be moved packaged or assembled, they can be assembled inside a corp hanger array. If you intend to use containers for inventory management freight containers work fine, and can hold up to 250,000m3. Sure they can not be locked. But a locked container in a corp hanger is still not safe. Anyone with take access to the hanger can repackage a locked container which will empty all its contents to the hanger.

In addition If you need to, they can be launched from a packaged state. i.e. you can launch a 250,000m3 container at a safe spot or inside a POS shield from any ship with a 2,500m3 cargo capacity. Considering cargo containers do not show up on any scans, dropping one at a safe spot is actually quite secure. It can not be locked, but the only way anyone will find it to loot it is if they scan you down while you are at the safe spot.

Only thing I do not like is the lack of structural hit points. These things can be insta popped by a free noob ship with civilian guns, i.e. zero cost to the pirate/ganker when they get Concorded
