So it came up in militia chat that potentially Caldari was losing their last system. I do not know if this is true or not but it got me thinking "What then?"

My first thought was how about unlocking a Caldari hi sec system. Make it like an incursion where you would have to fight NPC's and PC's for faction control of the system. As the invader gains control the sec rating of the system would change with it. If the invaders gain total control the next system would open up etc etc. The difficulty would ramp the closer you got to the capital.

This is supposed to be a sandbox, let the players write the story. If a faction loses all of its territory it would become part of our community lore.

Great idea, then when no one can be bothered to play one side, we should have one huge faction highsec in a year or two...Lol

Problem with that is that it is also against the lore. Concord lore has said that they would not allow highsec sov fighting. Now with incursions this may have changed. But all it really needs is more people to get into the caldari fw and fight back.

But Jovian's are suposed to prohibit one sided domination, The caldari will recieve stronger buffs as a result to balance out this.

So whichever side is losing the hisec sov war will get a ROFLSTOMPBBQRAPE cannon that only they can use from the jove to balance it out
