passive or active drake?

now that we have shield boosters that use cap boosters as fuel would the drake be more of a threat with an active tank? or is the passive tank still the best way to go?

In solo/small gang work an ASB can be really really good, the problem is that it eats cap boosters so if you're deep in non-friendly space than that can become an issue. Generally the extender version is fine, especially now with HAMs. In fleets there's no placve for ASB ofcourse

ASB drake is a great drake. Only about 3-4% worse on active tank compared to cyclone while also having significantly more ehp increasing survivability during reload. Ham changes also make the drake a bit more viable in the knife fight than before as well. There is no doubt that a ham asb drake has a very good shot at killing any other bc 1v1.
