[WTB] Focused multi-race PVP character - 40-60mil SP

I'm in the market for a focused subcap PVP character that is multi-racial. I have no preference as far as which races.

What I want:
Arrow No unneeded SP in industry/science/social
Arrow Preferably positive sec status - though post negative sec too, it just might reflect in my offer.
Arrow The more specialized SP in gunnery/spaceship command etc the better. I want to see a lot of yellow in your skillsheet :)

I've got more than enough to make a fair offer. If it's on these forums, I've already seen it and either I don't like it or the price isn't right. Post in this thread especially if you DONT have a post up already. Thanks!

On the side note, just for the little story, you brought Captsky from the same guy that created and sold me Kali 4-5 years ago. Captsky was an old corpmate back from 2006 and a close friend, we fought many battles together (watch corp history of Kali and Capt, we joined some corps at the same time :) So this is your chance to get CaptSky's sister !
