2% is worth it if you've already trained all races. basically priority list depends on if you fly a specific ship (or group of ships that use the same weapons) a lot then training the weapon spec for that ship group is worth it, after training everything else.

I'd say that "unless" condition is exceedingly likely to come up.


Depends on how long you've played. I've played for over 5.5 years, training continously. I haven't run out of things to train yet. But there is no longer nothing that is urgent for me to train. If I'm about to embart on some kind of activity, it is very worthwhile for me to maximize my edge.

Everyone is happy those exist, they provide delicious km's and tears, those selling those implants also love them.

Also for someone above your post I do pvp with +3's (2) and this is not a problem neither, the question being is it worth the training time for the 5 spec lvl bonus, and imho it isn't in any shape or form.

Firstly, who said anything about +5's ? +4's are good too and way cheaper. Also, how often do you get podded? I've never been podded in lowsec, and in 0.0 pvp I didn't get podded very often at all. Often you get a sense before undocking weather you're going on a suicide run or not, and its a simple matter to jumpclone to a clone with only +3's or something. If you only get podded once every few months, a few hundred mil on implants doesn't seem like such a bad investment.
