Dictors and Cyno Beacons?

Why doesn't an interdiction sphere cancel out a cyno beacon? If you can't warp out of one, why should you be able to warp into one? How OP would it be if having a caffeinated dictor pilot with lightening reflexes with your fleet mean it would be significantly harder for the enemy to warp on top of you. I guess it would make it impossible to warp in dictors and then bubble the enemy as well, but I feel like having this happen would nuetralize one of the annoying effects of titan bridges which is escalated hotdrops.

Yeah, furious actually!! Rawr!! No but really, this is partly a 'lore' question, but partly a meta-oriented suggestion. It wouldn't stop a fleet from dropping 25k from you and then burning into fight, it would just make jumping through a little more risky as you aren't guaranteed support.
